What happened

A federal grand jury in Boston has indicted Georgian citizen Erekle Gugava on charges of money laundering and participation in a $1.3 billion scheme: a Pennsylvania medical firm was billing Medicare and insurers for wheelchairs patients did not receive. Approximately $6.5 million was paid out on these bills.
