Azerbaijan’s Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev discussed bilateral projects by phone with Iran’s Minister of Roads and Urban Development: transit, border infrastructure, oil and gas, and railway construction. Baku called for the Iranian section — which should raise the route’s capacity — to be finished sooner.
